Artistic anniversaries abound in Hampton Roads.

As the Peninsula's risk-taking Virginia Premiere Theatre turns 5, the Virginia Stage Company reaches the maturity of 30, and the Virginia Opera hits the milestone of artistic director Peter Mark's 100th-production, not year-this season sees a gathering of neatly rounded theatrical birth dates.
